Monthly Cost Assurance

Operating a private aircraft involves significant and complex recurring

expenditure. Without independent oversight, cost inefficiencies and billing

errors can persist unnoticed.

Our Monthly Cost Assurance service delivers a structured, independent

review of all aircraft operating expenses. We validate and benchmark costs

across fuel, handling, crew, maintenance, parts, warranties, and

management fees to identify overspend, inefficiencies, and emerging cost

trends. We actively support resolution, including contract renegotiation,

error correction, and alternative sourcing.

In most cases, the service is cost‑neutral or better, with recovered savings

exceeding the fee while providing owners with clear assurance of efficient,

professional aircraft management.

Ownership Structuring

We support clients through the complexities of aircraft ownership by

coordinating closely with established trust and corporate service providers.

We act as independent advisor throughout the structuring and setup

process, helping evaluate jurisdictional options, engage relevant

professionals, and ensure the ownership structure aligns with operational

and legacy objectives. Gatehouse does not provide legal, tax, or fiduciary

services; instead, we work alongside appointed advisors to streamline,

negotiate, and strengthen implementation.

FOQA Gatekeeper

FOQA (Flight Operations Quality Assurance), also known as Flight Data

Monitoring, is the continuous analysis of flight data to identify safety

events, exceedances, and emerging operational trends.

A core principle of any effective FOQA programme, endorsed by the FAA,

NBAA, and ICAO, is the independence of the Gatekeeper. This role

ensures objective analysis and the delivery of de‑identified, non‑punitive

feedback to Operators, Owners, and Flight Crew.

Gatehouse acts as an independent Gatekeeper, maintaining a just culture

while translating data into actionable safety insight. We review flight data,

provide anonymised trend analysis, and deliver constructive feedback to

support training, performance, and operational safety.

The result is continuous safety improvement, a protected feedback

environment, and measurable enhancement in crew performance.
