Monthly Cost Assurance

Our cost assurance process reduces your fixed and variable costs.

The cost of private jet operations is high. We deliver net savings by conducting a detailed analysis to provide tangible insights and practical recommendations. In addition, we offer valuable independent financial assurance, which is equally important.

We use market-leading software and active benchmark data feeds to analyse your invoice and flight schedule data. This process independently validates invoices and verifies charges. Every month, we will issue a procurement efficiency score, as well as our findings and practical recommendations. Once this has been approved, we can either implement next steps on your behalf, or support your team to do so.

  • Our machine learning and human review identifies errors. These include validation of accurate invoicing location, services and currency exchange differences.

  • Our continuously updated, market leading benchmarks include fuel, landing and handling feeds from industry data providers and active comparable aircraft.

  • We develop insights and recommendations based on analysis of your data. If you approve our recommendations we either implement on your behalf, or support your team to do so.

We charge a fixed monthly fee which includes the remediation of simple recommendations. We are confident that our results will always offset our fees, and believe that this approach demonstrates our alignment with your budget, safety and flight operations.

  • Our recommendations may include process automation, whether enhancing crew software, digitising records or improving use of available data.

This is designed to reduce manual burden on your crew, improving utilisation for their flight, service and safety duties.

  • Jet A fuel price variance may be 25% between two FBOs in the same location. For example, on a large jet this equates to over $5,000 difference per uplift. We work with fuel analysts, fuel programme providers and through direct negotiations to implement the best fuel strategy for you. We can also implement a FOQA system which provides data insights to surface potential safety, operations and cost improvements and training requirements.

Not only does this save cost, but also allows your crew to focus on their mission.

  • Operators often default to the same maintenance programme, year after year. Analysis of maintenance programme costs versus actual expenditure provides insight to whether you are maximising the potential benefits financially, in the short and long term, for safety and reliability and also residual values.

Understanding your maintenance programmes also mitigates the risk of coverage surprises during unplanned and major maintenance events.
